Sudut Pandang Individu Introvert dan Ekstrovert dalam Berinteraksi Sosial

Abstract

Humans are social creatures, including someone who has an introvert or extrovert personality, everyone definitely needs other people in their lives. So that in carrying out their daily life activities, humans need social interaction between individuals, individuals-groups, to groups, in order to help each other, love, care for, and complement each other. This study was conducted with the aim of determining the pattern of social interaction that occurs in introvert and extrovert personalities. The research method uses a qualitative approach with interviews and documentation as the data collection technique, while the respondent selection technique uses the stratified proportional random sampling technique involving 10 respondents. The results of this study are that there are differences that appear prominently between introvert and extrovert personalities when social interactions occur. The characteristics that appear in introvert personalities are a quiet, shy attitude, difficult to get along with, closed, and not happy to be in a crowded place because they like to be alone, while extrovert personalities will be friendly, lively, easy to get along with, open, and prefer to gather in crowds because they like to talk a lot with other people.
