USULAN MODEL SISTEM JAMINAN HALAL DENGAN PENDEKATAN EKONOMI SIRKULAR UNTUK IKM PANGAN

Abstract


IKM pangan paska pandemi covid-19 memiliki tantangan yang cukup berat untuk tetap berkelanjutan, salah satunya adalah ketebatasan sumber daya dan penerapan peraturan sertifikasi halal. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu solusi untuk dapat mengatasi tantangan yang dihadapi yaitu dengan membangun model yang menginetgrasikan sistem jaminan halal merupakan langkah utama dalam proses sertifikasi halal, dan ekonomi sirkular merupakan pendekatan yang menggunakan sumber daya secara efektif dan efisien. Usulan model yang dihasilkan memiliki lima tahap yaitu identifikasi, diagnosis, desain, implementasi serta penilaian dan evaluasi sistem jaminan halal untuk IKM Pangan di Indonesia.

PROPOSED HALAL ASSURANCE SYSTEM MODEL WITH CIRCULAR ECONOMY APPROACH FOR FOOD SME

Food SMEs after the Covid-19 pandemic have face serioue challenger to remainsustainable, one of which is limites resources and the application of halal certification regulations. For this reason, a solution is needed to overcome the challenges faced, namely by building a model that inegtares the halal assurance system which is the main step in the halal certification process, and the circular economy is an approach that uses resorces effectively an efficiently. The proposed model has five stages which is identification, diagnosis, design, implementation, as well as assesment and evalaution of the halal assurance system for food SMEs in Indonesia.
