PENINGKATAN KAPASITAS JEMBATAN TIPE RANGKA BAJA BERDASARKAN TINJAUAN KONDISI EKSISTING

Abstract


Jembatan Kuala Samboja merupakan salah satu jembatan yang berada di Kecamatan Samboja, Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara berfungsi sebagai penghubung antara Balikpapan dan Handil II di Kecamatan Samboja. Berdasarkan pengamatan di lapangan, kondisi Jembatan Kuala Samboja dengan tipe kelas C sering kali dilalui oleh kendaraan bermuatan melebihi kapasitas kelasnya dan juga kondisi abutmen yang mengalami kerusakan seperti retak serta ikatan angin bawah jembatan sebagian yang sudah berkarat. Menindak lanjuti hal tersebut dalam penelitian ini diperlukan analisa jembatan menggunakan Program SAP2000 dengan pembebanan yang digunakan sesuai peraturan SNI 1725:2016. Setelah dianalisa terdapat rangka batang diagonal yang memiliki nilai ratio >1, sehingga diperlukan perkuatan jembatan dengan menambah profil double siku 100 x 200 x 100 dan profil siku 130 x 130 x 12. Dengan penambahan  profil, nilai stress ratio pada rangka diagonal tersebut berkurang sebesar 51,60% -  91,99%

INCREASING THE CAPACITY OF STEEL FRAME TYPE BRIDGES
BASED ON REVIEW OF EXISTING CONDITIONS

The Kuala Samboja Bridge is one of the bridges located in Samboja District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, which functions as a liaison between Balikpapan and Handil II in Samboja District. Based on field observations, the condition of the Kuala Samboja Bridge with class C type is often traversed by vehicles with loads exceeding its class capacity and also the condition of the abutments that are damaged such as cracks and partially rusted wind bonds under the bridge. Following up on this in this study, it is necessary to analyze the bridge using the SAP2000 program with the loading used according to the regulations of SNI 1725:2016. After analyzing, there are diagonal trusses that have a ratio value > 1, so it is necessary to strengthen the bridge by adding a double angled profile of 100 x 200 x 100 and an elbow profile of 130 x 130 x 12. With the addition of profiles, the stress ratio value on the diagonal truss is reduced by 51,60% - 91,99%.
