By using quantitative methods, researchers can understand the quantity of a phenomenon which can be used later for comparison. From one of the hypothesis tests that has been carried out using the Structural Equation Model (SEM), the results show that Effort Expectancy has a positive effect on Generation Z's interest in using E-wallets, but does not have a significant influence on Generation Z's intention to adopt E-wallets.
