PERBAIKAN PENGELUPASAN DAN ROMPAL BETON EKSISTINGDENGAN METODE GROUTING MICROCONCRETE
Abstract
ABSTRACT
Pertamina refinery's concrete structure at this time has aged>35 years with the condition has been carbonated, experiencing exfoliation of concrete blanket, crack, spalling which resulted concrete structure in sub standard condition and unsafe condition. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of microconcrete material specifications and methods to improve exfoliation of concrete and concrete ropes with grouting method. Flowable microconcrete is high quality concrete material, not shrinkable, can flow and can solidify by itself so as to achieve the detail of construction not covered by conventional concrete mortar. Grouting work is done by sagola chamber. The results showed that the material specifications of flowable microconcrete and grouting methods proved suitable and suitable for use. The improvement results also recommend that the material specifications of flowable microconcrete can be included in Pertamina's approval material list (AML) and the grouting method can be replicated in other Pertamina units.
