ANALISIS PENGGUNAAN PRODUK PERBANKAN SYARIAH OLEH USAHA KECIL DAN MIKRO DI KOTA SAMARINDA
Abstract
This study aims to determine the factors that affect small and micro enterprises in the city of Samarinda to use Islamic banking products. The sample of this study is small and micro enterprises actors in the city of Samarinda who have not become customers of Islamic banks. Research data collection was carried out by distributing closed questionnaires to respondents. Before the questionnaire was distributed to respondents, the validity and reliability of the statements contained in the questionnaire were first tested. Then the research data was tested using logistic regression equation. The results of statistical testing and data analysis show that the level of trust, service and return affect micro and small business enterprises in Samarinda city to become customers and use Islamic banking products.
