Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Empat Enam Jaya Abadi Balikpapan

Abstract
This study aims to determine whether the influence of leadership style, motivational, and work discipline on Employee Performance PT. Empat Enam Jaya Abadi Balikpapan. The study with analysis using SPSS software version 18 windows, have significant effect on Employee Performance of PT. Empat Enam Jaya Abadi Balikpapan dominant and partially. The method used in the research is quantitative approach where the data obtained through a sample of 86 respondents, the results are processed with statistical and presented in the form of multiple linear regression analysis, in which the regression analysis: Y=0.316 + 0.343 X1 + 0.222 X2 X3. That simultaneous variables of leadership style, motivation, and work discipline havn’t simultaneously a significant influence on employee performance.F-count obtained for = 1.544>0.209 F-table. Partially the dominant influence on the employee performanceof PT. Empat Enam Jaya Abadi Balikpapan is the work discipline where partial correlation value most amounting to 0.042 with a t-count of 2.062> 0.178 value-table.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai PT. Empat Enam Jaya Abadi Balikpapan. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis software SPSS versi 18 windows, bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja secara silumtan dan secara partial memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Empat Enam Jaya Abadi Balikpapan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dimana data yang diperoleh melalui 86 responden yang merupakan sampel kemudian diolah menggunakan alat statistik, kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk analisis ilmiah. Setelah melakukan pengumpulan data baik melalui kuisioner, observasi dilapangan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, dimana analisis regresinya adalah: Y = 0,316 X1 + 0,343 X2 + 0,222 X3. Bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan disiplin kerja secaara simultan tidak mempunyai pengaruhsignifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan yakni Fhitung yang diperoleh sebesar = 1,544 > Ftabel 0,209. Bahwa variabel Disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Empat Enam Jaya Abadi Balikpapan adalah disiplin kerja dimana nilai korelasi parsial paling besar, sebesar 0,042 dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,062 > 0,178 nilai table.
