Uji Statistik Parametrik Pengaruh Adanya Objek Terhadap Sinyal Bioelektrik Tumbuhan

Abstract
All living things have bioelectric signals in their bodies, plants are also included in living things that have bioelectric signals, plants have bioelectric potential in their leaves. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of human presence on plant bioelectric signals. The data collection method uses an electrode pad attached to the leaf surface and then reads and stores it using a data logger. The analysis used is the parametric statistical test T-test. The analysis results of the influence of objects on plant bioelectric signals show that when there is a human presence, the average of the two signal data is the same. When there is no human presence, the average of the two signal data is different, with the highest T-value being 33.837, indicating a significance value of 0. The analysis of the condition where plants do not detect the presence of humans yielded the highest T-value of 2.971, indicating a significance value of 4.

Abstrak
Semua makhluk hidup mempunyai sinyal bioelektrik didalam tubuh mereka, tumbuhan juga termasuk dalam makhluk hidup yang mempunyai sinyal bioelektrik, tumbuhan mempunyai potensi bioelektrik pada bagian daun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat pengaruh keberadaan manusia terhadap sinyal bioelektrik tumbuhan. Metode pengambilan data dengan menggunakan pad elektroda yang ditempel pada permukaan daun kemudian dibaca dan disimpan menggunakan data logger. Analisis yang digunakan adalah uji statistik parametrik uji-T. Hasil analisis pengaruh adanya objek terhadap sinyal bioelektrik tumbuhan adalah saat ada manusia rata rata kedua data sinyal adalah tidak sama. Saat tidak ada manusia rata rata kedua data sinyal tidak sama dengan nilai T terbesar adalah 33.837 menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0. Hasil analisis kondisi tumbuhan tidak mendeteksi keberadaan manusia didapatkan nilai T terbesar adalah 2.971 yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 4.
