ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR RISIKO CONTINGENCY COST PROYEK EPC PIPELINE
Abstract
Selaras dengan cakupan pekerjaannya yang luas, proyek EPC pipeline memiliki kompleksitas pekerjaan yang tinggi sehingga juga memiliki potensi risiko yang tinggi. Manajemen risiko memainkan peranan yang besar dalam mengoptimalkan keberhasilan proyek. Kegagalan dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengelola potensi risiko dalam proyek ini dapat menyebabkan underestimation pada budget dan menyebabkan cost overrun. uang lingkup Perkerjaan proyek EPC pipeline yang luas membuat kompleksitasnya tinggi sehingga mempunyai risiko yang tinggi. Manajemen risiko berperan besar dalam mengoptimalkan peluang keberhasilan proyek. Kegagalan dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengelola potensi risiko dalam proyek ini dapat menyebabkan underestimasi budget dan menyebabkan cost overrun proyek. Salah satu tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor dan variabel risiko dalam proyek EPC pipeline. Penelitian ini mempelajari beberapa penelitian terkait faktor risiko cost contingency. Berdasarkan studi literatur yang dilakukan, terdapat 4 (empat) faktor risiko dan 35 (tiga puluh lima) variabel risiko dalam pengerjaan proyek EPC pipeline, diantaranya terdapat beberapa variabel risiko contingency cost yang dominan yaitu kondisi unforeseen yang menyebabkan perubahan disain, kondisi cuaca yang mempengaruhi produktifitas kerja, kesalahan estimasi dan perencanaan anggaran biaya, dan keterlambatan persetujuan ijin dan lisensi.

ANALYSIS OF RISK FACTORS CONTINGENCY COST EPC PIPELINE PROJECT
EPC Pipeline project aligned to its wide scope of work has a high complexity of works therefore also has a high potential of risks. Risk management play great role in optimizing projects succeed. Failure in identifying and managing the potential risks in this project could lead to budget underestimation and causing the cost overrun in project. One of the objectives of this research is to know the risk factors and variables in EPC pipeline project. This research studies several researchs related to risks factor contingency cost. Based on the literature study, there are 4 (four) risk factors and 35 (thirty-five) risk variables in the EPC pipeline project, of which several dominant risk variables are unforeseen conditions that cause changes in design, weather conditions that affecting work productivity, mistakes in budget estimation and planning, and approval dekay of permits and licenses.
