ANALISIS FAKTOR PENGENDALIAN SURPLUS MATERIAL PADA PROYEK KONSTRUKSI MINYAK DAN GAS (STUDI KASUS PROYEK KONSTRUKSI ANJUNGAN LEPAS PANTAI MINYAK & GAS PT XYZ)

Abstract


Pembangunan anjungan lepas pantai memiliki perbedaan secara umum dengan bangunan darat (land-base structure). Bangunan darat dalam proses pembangunannya dari tahap awal baik itu pondasi maupun tahap konstruksi bangunannya.
Dalam proyek pembangunan anjungan lepas pantai seringkali terjadi surplus material di beberapa Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS) bahkan ada surplus material yang nilainya sangat besar (dalam ukuran jutaan USD). Seringkali material tersebut masih bagus namun ketika ditransfer ke proyek lain tidak mau dengan berbagai alasannya yang akhirnya barang tersebut disimpan dan dimaintain bahkan hingga puluhan tahun .
Beberpa hal yang menjadi penyebab surplus material di lapangan ditemukan beberapa penyebab sebagai berikut Tidak terjadinya integrasi antara MTO menggunakan sistem manual via excel dengan integrasi ke dalam sistem software, Dalam pembuatan MTO (Material Take Off) engineer memberikan jumlah spare material yang besa, data proyek yang ada relatif masih mentah Dalam merancang MTO tidak di cross check dengan rancangan tiga dimensi melalui sistem PDMS sehingga jumlah buffer dapat meningkat.

ANALYSIS OF SURPLUS MATERIAL CONTROL FACTORS ON OIL AND GAS CONSTRUCTION PROJECT (CASE STUDY OF OIL AND GAS OFFFSHORE PLATFORM CONSTRUCTION PROJECT PT XYZ)

The construction of offshore platforms has a general difference with land-based structures. Land buildings are in the process of being built from the initial stages of both the foundation and the construction stage of the building.

In offshore platform development projects, there is often a material surplus in some Cooperation Contract Contractors (KKKS) and there is even a material surplus of very large value (in the size of millions of USD). Often the material is still good, but when transferred to another project, they don't want to for various reasons, which in the end the goods are stored and maintained for even decades.

Some of the things that cause material surplus in the field are found several causes as follows There is no integration between MTO using a manual system via Excel with integration into a software system, In making MTO (Material Take Off) engineers provide a large amount of spare material, project data There is relatively raw material. In designing MTO, it is not cross-checked with a three-dimensional design through the PDMS system so that the number of buffers can be increased.
