REDUCE LEADTIME PELAKSANAAN GENERAL OVERHAUL UNIT D155A-6 DI PT UNITED TRACTORS SITE SANGA SANGA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah upaya untuk menurunkan leadtime pelaksanaan general overhaul D155A-6 sehingga lost cost production tidak melebihi standar yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan. Leadtime general overhaul yang melibihi perencanaan awal akan menimbulkan over lead time yang berlebihan sehingga dapat menyebabkan lost production yang tinggi yang akan mengakibatkan kerugian antara costumer dan perusahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah jika pelaksanaan general overhaul dilakukan berdasarkan job schedule sheet didapat bahwa yang semula rentan waktu pelaksanaan general overhaul D115A-6 35 hari kerja  menjadi 24 hari kerja, upaya ini dilakukan dengan  mengubah metode pelaksanaan general overhaul pada sektor material, methode dan man

ABSTRACT

This study aims to make an effort to reduce the lead time for the implementation of general overhaul D155A-6 so that lost cost production does not exceed the standards set by the company.
