ALAT PENJERNIH MINYAK GORENG DAN PEMBUATAN BIODISEL OTOMATIS MENGGUNAKAN METODE K-MEANS BERBASIS ARDUINO MEGA 2560

Abstract


Cooking oil that has been used to fry many times will look black and contain carcinogenic compounds, and the content of unsaturated fats and vitamins a, d, e and k that exist in the oil the longer it can shrink. Andre maining live saturated fatty acids which can cause disease like a coronary heart, stroke and cancer, because it is carcinogenic. Frying cooking oil and biodiesel automatic feeding tools using Arduino Mega 2560 K-Means method using arduino program software similar to C programming language. The final goal of the research is to avoid harmful diseases caused by carcinogenic compounds, save on housewives, and reduce waste of cooking oil that can pollute the environment. The percentage of accuracy of the results of trials from this research was 95%. Especially for the oil purification tool, deposition for 24 hours results in a maximum reduction in peroxide and FFA levels according to SNI standards, namely 1.25 and 0.1119. As for the biodiesel manufacturing tool, deposition for 24 hours produces biodiesel that can drive the engine of a diesel engine water pump.
